Jon's 13th Birthday

Jon got to open presents and we took him out to a late lunch at one of his favorite sushi restraunts on his big day. He went and did baptisms that night. He told me, "What better place to spend my birthday." Wow! We must be doing something right!
He wore a button to school that said "It's my Birthday" I can't believe that he wore that to Jr. High!

He had a great birthday! Were glad that you are in our family! We love you!

Jon first celebrated with his friends. We went to Wabi Sabi which is like Benihana I forgot the camera so no photo there but then we came home and had cake and they had a great time...asking to order pizza at 2 am? Anybody know anywhere that delivers at 2 am?

things have been crazy busy here, but here are some recent happenings...

Steve and a very good friend put in an attic ladder in the boys room...

you know how much stuff we can get up there...wow!

A BIG THANKS TO STEVE AND JOHN

We went on an annual hike with some friends over Christmas (ooops winter) break.

This year we chose a ladder like. We hadn't done this since Lyndsee was 4. This

time she was running ahead with all the teenagers. In the photo we are getting ready

to climb the ladder down the crevace. AWESOME HIKE!

Steve turned the big 51 in January so

we made a big fireball!

Happy Birthday Steve!

Tanner had his Eagle Court of Honor in

February! He earned it back in December, but

it takes a while to get all the paperwork done.

Well, I guess that is about all for now. Hopefully, I will get another post done in about a week, after our Spring Break Trip to Arches National Park!

Christmas is over

Well we survived Christmas! We had a really fun day! The kids have never gotten up early...lucky us! Since now they never go to bed...ugh teenagers! I will post photos as soon as we get the computer back up.

Saturday we got all the lights up outside...

Tanner hung the garland on the banister and I didn't even ask him to...

I was a little nervous when Jon and Tanner climbed out on the roof with Steve...but what is the worst that could happen...
